Join Reverend Frieda Gillespie and others from the Northshore UU Church for the UU Gay Pride Day activities in Boston on Saturday, June 13. We’ll gather at the Arlington Street Church at 11 a.m. for the annual banner parade and worship service.
This year, we’re celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots with a tribute to Judy Garland and, in the spirit of the drag queens who kicked off the gay-rights movement, the voices of young transpeople. By 11:45, we’ll be off to Tremont Street, where our marshals are holding a registered spot for us in the parade line-up.
The Arlington Street Church is located in Boston at 351 Boylston St. Google Map directions from NSUU to Arlington Street are here.
