The struggles of Susan B. Anthony

Susan B. Anthony

Church members Beth Blanchard and Peter VanDeBogert will dramatize the story of Susan B. Anthony at the service this Sunday, August 16.

Their presentation, “Susan B. Anthony’s Fights,” will include moments of confrontation in this famous Unitarian’s crusade to secure a woman’s right to vote. This intergenerational service is appropriate for ages 8 to 108.

The service will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by coffee and fellowship at about 11:30. Visitors are always welcome.

Our lay-led summer services continue through September 6. Regular services and religious education resume on September 13.

  1. Terrific service! Entertaining and instructive. We need to have this service scheduled again during the regular church year.
