An Easter reconsideration of Jesus

This Sunday, April 4, is Easter, and our minister, the Reverend Frieda Gillespie, will mark the occasion with a sermon titled “Resurrecting Jesus: Easter Sunday.”

Jesus’ teachings were socially radical and deeply spiritual. His parables were meant to bridge the inner and outer worlds. On this ancient holiday to celebrate the renewal of the Earth, we’ll look at the way Jesus envisioned a renewal of the spirit.

Our service will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship at about 11:30. Child care and religious education classes are offered, and visitors are always welcome.

If you have been considering a visit to our church, Easter Sunday would be an ideal occasion. We hope you will come and learn about our congregation and Unitarian Universalism.
