Members of the Northshore Unitarian Universalist Church will take part next Saturday, June 12, in the 40th annual Boston Pride celebration in recognition of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. Church members will carry the NSUU banner and proudly walk with other UU congregations that support rights, dignity, and equality for all people.

The NSUU group will meet at Beverly Depot and take the 9:16 a.m. train to North Station. They will attend the Gay Pride Service at the Arlington Street Church at 11 a.m., and march in the parade, along with other Massachusetts Bay District congregations, starting at noon. The parade ends at City Hall Plaza, where activities and entertainment will take place.
