This week’s service: “Death with Dignity”

Residents of Massachusetts will be voting on a ballot measure next Tuesday to allow people to choose to die on their own terms. The measure, which has been named “Death with Dignity” by its proponents, is Question 2 on the ballot. (You can learn more from Ballotpedia, a nonprofit, nonpartisan source of political information.)

This Sunday, November 4, the Reverend Frieda Gillespie will helps us look at the pros and cons of this idea. We will also share our sorrow for those who have died this past year and remember those whom we miss from times past.

The service will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship at about 11:30. Religious education for children is offered during the service, and visitors are always welcome. Please join us.
