Our lives today seem to speed up year by year. How do we maintain our sense of self, our health, and well-being and do all that we want to or feel we ought to do? Do we learn to meditate on the run, or can we resist the forces that propel us onward?
Those questions will be addressed this Sunday, January 6, by our minister, the Reverend Frieda Gillespie, in our first service of the New Year, titled “Life in the Fast Lane.”
The service will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship at about 11:30. Visitors are always welcome.
