This Sunday’s service: “Creating a Usable Faith”

Our final lay-led service of the summer will take place this Sunday, August 25, as church member Lisa Judd presents a service on “Rough Drafts: Creating a Usable Faith.”

UUs come from many religious backgrounds, but we are basically drawn together by the sense that our previous faith no longer fits who we are and the world we now confront. How do we craft a personal theology with which we can live? There are many paths, but most often we find answers together in community.

The service will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship at about 11:30. Visitors are always welcome.

There will be no service the following Sunday, September 1. Our regular church year and Religious Education Program will begin on September 8.
