Our annual meeting will take place on Sunday, May 4, after the service. Because this meeting will be so important to our future and because the budget issues are sometimes difficult to understand, the Board of Directors will hold a question-and-answer session at church on Saturday, May 3, at 10:30 a.m.
The Board will also get the budget out to the congregation as soon as the directors have a chance to finalize it on April 27. Paper copies of the budget will be available at church starting April 28. An email copy can be sent out upon request of the church administrator at email@example.com.
