Northshore Unitarian Universalist Church
A liberal, welcoming congregation serving the North Shore of Massachusetts since 1966

We are
Unitarian
Universalists

We are now holding Sunday Services in-person and on-line, using COVID guidelines to guide decisions as we move forward.

At its meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, the Board reviewed the decision by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to lift the mask mandate as of May 11, 2023. Going forward, masks will be optional, and we will continue to provide masks for those who request them.

Pianist

Judy Putnam grew up in NSUU attending both Universalist and Unitarian churches prior to the merger.  From a very young age she attended Sunday school and eventually joined the choir.  As a student of piano she began providing piano preludes, etc. for RE Sunday Services at the age of 12 playing on the same Steinway grand piano that resides in our sanctuary now.

After college and marriage she and her family settled on the North Shore and Judy became accompanist for the choir and emerged over the years as Music Director which continued until 2019.  Her years bringing music to NSUU has been one of a most meaningful parts of her life bringing her tremendous joy.  She is very happy now being Pianist/Accompanist for NSUU.
